This Privacy Policy explains how Nōvyn LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Nōvyn platform and website (the "Service").

We are event people building for event people, and we treat your data the way we want ours treated: carefully, transparently, and never for sale.

Account information: your name, email address, and password when you register.

Business information: your business name, contact details, and profile settings you enter.

Client and event data: the client names, event details, files, proposals, contracts, invoices, and other content you create or upload.

Payment information: handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes payment securely on our behalf.

Usage data and cookies: basic information about how you use the Service, device and browser details, and cookies or similar technologies used to keep you signed in and improve the Service.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process payments and manage your subscription; to communicate with you about your account and the Service; and to protect the Service and our users.

We may use aggregated, de-identified data to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. This data cannot identify you.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share your data for marketing purposes with third parties or affiliates.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed to do their work:

Hosting to store and serve your data; Stripe to process payments; email delivery to send messages on your behalf and to you; and Google sign-in to offer secure login.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and are limited to the information needed to perform their services for us.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After your account is closed, we retain data for a reasonable period to handle legal obligations, resolve disputes, and allow you to export it, then we delete it.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@novyn.app.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and keep the Service reliable.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also request a copy of your data or ask us to limit how we use it.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. Because we do not sell personal information, no opt-out is needed, but you can still exercise your rights at any time.

The Service is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact hello@novyn.app and we will delete it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes, such as by email or a notice in the Service. Your continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
