Our text messaging program is called Nōvyn Alerts and Updates. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Nōvyn LLC at the mobile number you provide.

We send two types of messages:

Account alerts: verification codes, trial and billing reminders, and support replies. These help you access and manage your account.

Marketing: product updates, promotions, and beta news. These are optional and require a separate opt-in.

Message frequency varies. Account alerts are sent as needed (for example, when you verify a login or a trial is ending). Marketing messages are sent occasionally. You can opt out of either type at any time.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving text messages according to your messaging plan.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel all messages from the program. Reply HELP to any message for help and support contact information.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Nōvyn. You can use and pay for the Service without opting in to text messages.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, lost, or not delivered due to carrier issues or other factors outside our control.

This program is part of the Nōvyn Service and is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
